What is 'WHERE?'

Where? really is a web series (and the only one that we know of) that is controlled entirely by destiny. So what does that mean? It sounds cool, but how does it work? How can we really have no control over what happens next? A system must be in place.
So here’s what we’ve done:
First, we gathered up some of the most talented actors in the world.
Second, we gave them the great permission to create 3 or 4 characters.
Third, we assigned each of those interesting characters a serial number that correlates with a dollar bill.
Fourth, utilizing the services of wheresgeorge.com we will track the movement of those dollar bills (and subsequently the movement of our characters) across the nation.
Finally, when a bill is tracked on wheresgeorge.com an episode about the correlating character, in the tracked location, will be written, filmed, and edited.
